【Salary】
【Position Description】
1. Assist the partners and the host lawyers to carry out litigation and non-litigation business;
2. Contact the judge, followed up cases and give feed back in time;
3. Contact and communicate with clients and relevant parties, assist partners with legal affairs;
4. Conduct legal research required by partners and draft various legal documents;
5. Translated legal documents and relevant legal materials;
6. Other work assigned by partners.
【Requirements】
(1) Graduate from a key law school with a master’s degree or above, overseas study background is preferred;
(2) Those who have passed the legal professional qualification examination with working experience in a law firm are preferred;
(3) Excellent English skills which is able to be used as a working language;
(4) Have a solid knowledge in law and excellent writing skills;
(5) Good understanding, strong communication and expression skills;
(6) Careful and prudent, with good teamwork spirit, able to work under certain pressure;
(7) Be upright and abide by the professional ethics of lawyers;
(8) Love the work as a lawyer and ambitious for long-term development in working as a lawyer, being enterprising and responsible.

【Salary】
【Position Description】
1. Conduct legal research, study legal issues and present excellent writing results;
2. Follow up cases and draft relevant legal documents under the guidance of lawyers;
3. Case filing and other daily affairs;
4. Other matters assigned by partners.
【Requirements】
1. Law major students of well-known Law Schools (second or third year of postgraduate)
2. Those who have passed the judicial examination with internship experience in law firm or company are preferred;
3. Excellent English skills, able to use as working language;
4. Good ability of legal research, problem analysis and creative problem solving ;
5. Serious and rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, hard working and grounded;
6. Good communication skills, learning ability and team work spirit.
