Zhu Yiyu graduated from Peking University in 1997 majoring in law and received the honor of “excellent graduation student” in Beijing. He obtained a master’s degree of international economic law in Peking University in 2001.

Zhu used to be a member of Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. and manager of investment banking risk management department at the compliance and risk management headquarter. As a major project personnel of the financing department of Haitong Securities Investment Bank Headquarter, Zhu participated in the convertible bond project worthy of 4 billion of Minsheng bank in 2003, and participated IPO of Ningxia Horse Racing Cement Co., Ltd.in 2003 and the IPO of Fujian Nanfang Co., Ltd., and has rich experience in investment banking risk management.
