Lu Yan graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in law. Lu is experienced richly in litigation/arbitration, real estate, construction engineering, and other legal service areas, and has nearly 30 years of legal service practice experience in related fields. Lu has worked in Shanghai Real Estate Bureau and Planning Bureau, and she is an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission too. Also, she once has participated in the legislation of planning and real estate in Shanghai. She is good at real estate law, construction engineering law, contract law, company law, and has rich practical experience especially in construction project contract disputes, real estate development and management disputes, and other litigation/arbitration legal affairs. The main areas of Lu are real estate and construction, and disputes resolution.
