Mr. Li is a senior arbitrator, who was the former Director of the Law and Audit Office of the Shanghai Real Estate Bureau too. He has once served as the general legal counselor of Shanghai Industrial Group and Forte Group. He is familiar with the laws, regulations and policies related to real estate management. He has a professional and unique understanding of real estate enterprises’ compliance review and projects’ standardization operation in the specialty. He has taken the lead in studying and formulating local policies for real estate management and land management in the whole city.
