Wu Chunli graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in law. She graduated from St. Clair College in Canada with a master’s degree in international business management in 2018.

Wu has once provided professional legal services in equity investment and financing transactions, financial investment projects, strategic investment projects, joint ventures projects, mergers and acquisition projects, construction projects, operators centralized declaration projects on behalf of dozens of enterprises, private equity funds, and venture capital funds, which helps her accumulate nearly 20 years’ experience in large-scale transactions. The main fields which Wu works in are real estate and infrastructure projects, corporate mergers and acquisition and restructuring, venture capital /private equity investment.
