Wang Jing
Senior Counsel

Wang Jing graduated from Peking University with a master’s and doctor’s degree in law. She is an associate researcher at the Institute of Science of East China University of Political Science and Law, a visiting scholar of Cologne University in Germany, and a part-time lawyer.

Wang’s main research field is Anglo-American law and judicial system. She has published several papers in periodicals such as “Political Science and Law”, and “ECUPL Journal”.  She also has presided over many topics of National Social Science Foundation and Shanghai Education Commission.

Wang’s main business areas are real estate, construction projects, mergers and acquisitions, and so on.
