Shi Hongpeng

Shi Hongpeng graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s degree in law and in management as well as a doctoral degree. He is also a doctoral student at the law school of the University of Munich, Germany in a joint education program and obtained a master’s degree in law (LL.M., German law) from the law school of the University of Munich, Germany. Now he is a lecturer at law school of Fudan University.

The main study field of Shi are legal methodology, civil and commercial law. He has published several papers in journals such as Chinese Journal of Law and The Jurist. The main working of him includes: Formation of the Dichotomy Between Civil Law and Commercial Law, Chinese Journal of Law Legal, No.2 of 2017; Study of intentional and negligence elements of the gross pure economic loss compensation in The American Tort Law, The Jurist, No.3 of 2015.
