Yan Yujuan graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a master’s degree in Law in 2008. Yan has more than 10 years’ legal service practice experience in the field of law with being a senior partner of Haihua Yongtai Law firm, the legal director of listed companies and deputy general manager of real estate enterprises.

Yan has been involved in the capital increase project of the international motor mall which is worth hundreds of millions, the acquisition project of grain and oil import and export terminal, the establishment of private equity investment funds, the establishment of insurance company, the financing project of trust equity, the investment project of Australian farms, and the mergers and acquisition project of Beijing Shimao Gong.
