Zhang Ruizhe is a Master of Law from Shanghai International Studies University, who holds a double degree both in Law and English, Shanghai senior interpreter qualification and the TEM-8 qualification. She has a series of exchange experience in domestic and foreign law firms, participated in a number of investment and financing, mergers and acquisition cases of large enterprises at home and abroad, which wins her unanimous approval and affirmation from the parties’.
