Liu Ning graduated from Fudan University with a master’s degree in law, who is elected as external legal counsel of Financial Commission of Shanghai Municipality, Shanghai Municipal Financial Regulatory Bureau, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, also invited to serve as an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, arbitrator of the Changzhou Arbitration Commission, arbitrator of the Nanchang Arbitration Commission, arbitrator of the Taizhou Arbitration Commission, part-time master supervisor of school of law of Shanghai International Studies University, an mediator of Shanghai Banking Dispute Mediation Center, a member of the Chinese Law Society and a member of Arbitration Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.
