The Justice Bureau Committee of Shanghai Municipal of Changning District issued a Reply on October 22, 2019, agreeing to set up the Shanghai Kunlan Law Office Branch. In the sequent days, Kunlan, according to the provisions and requirements of the Party Constitution, actively prepared  and proceeded all kinds of work regarding the election
